Konya ve Yöresindeki Süt İneklerinde Klinik ve Subklinik Mastitis Olgularından Aerob Patojenik Etken İzolasyonu ve İdentifikasyonu ile Bunlara etkili Antibiyotiklerin Tesbiti

Konya ve yöresindeki 691 sağmal ineğin süt örnekleri ile çalışıldı. Bu çalışmada C.M.T ve bakteriyolajik metodlardan faydalanıldı. C.M.T ile saptanan pozitif olgulara bakteriyolajik metodlar uygulandı. Aerobik mikroorganizma saptananlara antibiyotik duyarlılık testi uygulanarak aşağıda ki sonuçlar bulundu. C.M.T ile· 148 adet (% 23,97) subklinik mastitis olgusu belirlendi. Klinik muayenelerde, 2 klinik (% 0,32) infeksiyon durumu bulundu. 148 subklinik, 2 klinik olmak üzere 150 adet mastitis olgusundan alınan süt örneklerinin bakteriyolojik muayenesinde 102 adetinden aerobik etken izole ve identifiye edildi. Staph. aureus % 49,0, str. uberis % 16,6, Str. agalactiae % 13,7, Str: dysgalactiae % 9,8, E.coli % 6,8, Candida albicans % 2,9, Pseudomonas aeruginosa % 0,9 oranlarında olduğu belirlendi. Belirlenen aerobik etkenlere antibiyotik duyarlılık test uygulandı. Bu uygulamada, dehydre culture medium sensitest agar (Oxold) üzerinde, Kirby-Bauer disk diffüzyon testinden faydalanıldı. Aşağıda ki sonuclar alındı. Staph. aureus'lara etkili olarak Kloramfenikol ve Neomisin % ·70,0, Streptomisin, Oksitetrasiklin, Trimetoprim- Sulfametokzazol % 50,0; Streptokok'lara Penisilin % 92,0, Kloromfenikol % 90,0, Neomisin % 89,2, Eritromisin % 65,0, Oksitetrasiklin, Ampisilin, Streptomisin % 32,0, Kanamisin % 29,0 ve Trimetoprim-Sulfametokzazol % 24,3; E.coli'lere Kloramfenikol % 100,0 ve Trimetoprim-Sulfametokzazol % 85,7; P. aeruginosa'a Streptomisin % 100,0 olarak bulunmuştur.

A study on the cases of clinical and subclinical bovine mastitis due to aerobic bacteria in the province of Konya and the results of the antibiotic sensitivity tests

lt had been studied with the milk samples of 691 dairy cows in Konya and its surrounding. In · this study ing, C.M.T and bacteriologic methods were used. Bacteriologic methods were applied to ·the positive facts that had been established by C.M.T. The. results were found 'belove, by applying antibiotics sensitivity test to the facts that aerobic microorganism had found on. By C.M.T, 148 (23, 97 %) subclinic mastitis facts were determined. In clinic examinations, 2 clinic (0,32 '% ) infection cases were found. In the bacteriologic exemination of the milk samples from the 150 mastitic facts, by the sum of 148 subclinic and 2 cllnic facts, 102 of them were isolated and identified from the aerobic agents. lt ·was de.termined that the ratio were Staph. aureus 49, % , Str. uberis 16,6 %,' Str. agalactiae 13,7 % , Str. dysgalactiae 9,8 % , E.coli 6,8 % , Candida albicans 2,9 % and P. aeruginosa 0,9 % . Anitibiotic sensitivity test was applied to the determined aerobic agents. In this process, Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion test was used on the dehydre culture medium sensitest agar Oxoid. And were gotten tbe results belove; These ware found that, Chloraınphenicol, Neomicin 70 %, Streptomycine, Oxytetracycline , Trimetpoprime-Sulphamethoxasole 50 %, were effective on Staph. aureus', Penicillin 92 %, Chloramphenicol 90 %, Neomicin 89,2 % , Erytromycin 65 % , Oxytetracycline, Ampicilline, Streptomycine 32 %, Kanamycine 29 % and TrimethoprimeSulphamethoxasole 24,3 % , were effective on Streptococcus', Chloranıphenicole 100 % and Trinıethoprime- Sulphamethoxasqle 85,7 %, were effective on E.co!is and Streptonıycine 100 % was effective on P .. aeruginosa.
