Şap Aşılı Sığırlarda Mikronötralizasyon Ve ELİSA İle Antikor Düzeylerinin Saptanması

Şap hastalığına karşı sahadaki aşılı sığırlarda oluşan immun yanıtı tesbit etmek için uygulaması kolay, ucuz, aynı zamanda çok fazla materyal ile çalışmaya elverişli serolajik teknikiere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu amaçla geliştirilmiş olan mikronötralizasyon ve liquid phase sandwich ELISA (enzyme- linked immunosorbant assay) ile karşılaştırmalı olarak sahada aşılı sığırlardan alınan kan serumlarının antikor düzeyleri ölçüldü. 41 ilde şap hastalığına karşı aşılı sığırlardan alınan toplam 4978 adet sığır kan serumu numunesi test edildi. Veriler istatistik yöntemler ile değerlendirildi. Sonuçta bağışıklığın gerçek prevalansı A22 tipi için% 81,65, 0 1 tipi için% 76,15 olarak tesbit edilirken iki metot arasında yapılan karşılaştırmada ELISA'nın antikor pozitif serumları tanımlamada seronötralizasyon teste oranla daha hassas olduğu görüldü.

Determination of the antibody levels of the cattle immunised against FMD by NT and ELISA

Simple, cheep and reproducible serological procedures are required to determine foot and mouth disease (FMD) immune response of the vaccinated cattle in the field. The antibody levels of the blood sera of the vaccinated cattle in the field hava been meaured by both microneutralisation (MN) and liquid phase sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) techniques which were developed for that purpose, comperatively. 4978 vaccinated cattle blood sera have been received from 41 provinces in Turkey and tested. As a result, the true prevalance of the immunity among the vaccinated cattle was estimated as 81,65% against A22 and 76,15% against o, types. In comparison of the two tesıs he sensitivity of ELISA in measuring the antibodies which positively effect the immunity have been found more than MN test.
