Intertest Yöntemi ile Sütteki Antibiyotiklerin ve Diğer İnhibitör Maddelerin Saptanması Üzerinde Çalışmalar

Süt örneklerinden antibiyotik ve diğer inhibitör maddelerin intertest ve agar difüzyon testleriyle saptanması amacıyla 204 toplu süt örneği ile Ankara piyasasında satışa arz edilen pastörize 103 adet süt örneği olmak üzere toplam 307 süt örneği denenmiştir. Test suşu olarak agar difüzyon testinde. B.stearothermophilus var. colidolactis, intertest kitinde ise Str.thermophilus suşları kullanılmıştır. İncelenen toplu süt ve pastörize süt örneklerinde intertest yönetmiyle sırasıyla, %44, %29 pozitif; %1,5, %15,5 şüpheli; %49,5, %53 negatif sonuçlar bulunurken, agar difüzyon yönteminde sırasıyla, %15,7, %14,5 pozitif, %4.4, %7.8 şüpheli, %80, %77.7 negatif sonuçlar belirlenmiştir. Denemelerde intertest yöntemim ile süt örneklerinde antibiyotik ve diğer inhibitör maddelerin saptanmasında daha basit, duyarlı ve spesifik bir yöntem olduğuna karar verilmiştir.

Studies for he determination of antibiotics and other inhibitors in milk try using ıntertest method

A total of 307 milk samples composed of 204 bulk milk and 103 pasteurized milk samples were tested for the presence of antibiotics and other inhibitors by intertest and agar diffusion methods. While B.stearothermophilus var. calidolactis was used as a sensitive straion in agar diffusion test, Strep.thermophilus was used in intertest kit. By intertest method, the antibiotics and other inhibitor residues have been found in bulk milk and pasteurized have been found in bulk milk and pasteurized milk samples as 44%, 29% positive; 1.5%, 15.5% suspicious and 49.5%,53% negative, respectively. By agar diffusion test they also have been found in bulk milk and pasteurised milk samples as 15,7%, 14.5% positeve; 4.4 % 7,8% suspicious and 80%, 77.7% negative, respectively. Experiments revealed that intertest method has been elucidated to be simpler, more sensitive and more specific in the detection of residues of antibiotics and other inhibitors in milk.
