Actinobacillus Lignieresii'ye Bağlı Koyun Aktinobasillozisi

Kücük bir sürüde 7 koyunu etkileyen ve 3'ünün ölümüne neden olan bir aktinobasillozis salgını belirlendi. Klinik olarak halsizlik, iştahsızlık,hafif ısı artışı, alt çenede şişlik ve deri üzerinde bulaşık irin kalıntıları saptandı. Otopside, iç organlarda makroskopik bir !ezyon görülmedi, fakat alt çene derisi altında ve lenf yumrularında apseleşmeler görüldü. incelenen hayvanların irin, lenf yumrusu, karaciğer ve akciğerinden saf olarak Actinobacillus lignieresii izole edildi.

Actinobacillosis in sheep caused by Actino-bacillus lignieresii

A limited outbreak of actinobacillosis occured in a smail flock of sheep. The condition affected seven sheep and caused the death of three. The chin regiOn was swollen and the chin skin was contaminated with pus. At necropsy, no gross lesions were observed iri visceral organs, but abscess was detected in soft tissues of chin region including subcutis and lymph nodes. Actinobacillus lignieresii was isolated from soft tissues of chin region, pus, liver and lung of animals investigated. This is the first report of actinobacillosis in st:ıeep due to A.lignieresii in Turkey.
