Hayvansal Gıdalarda "Organik Fosforlu İnsektisitlerin" Tükenme Süreleri

Etlik Hayvan Hastalıkları Araştırma Enstitüsü'nde primer buzağı hücre kültürlerinde üretimi yapılan ve oda ısısında (22°C), +4°C'de ve/ -20°C'de tutulan sığır vebası aşısının araştırma müddetince VERO hücre kültürlerinde titrasyonları yapıldı . Değerlendirme 12. gündeki CPE durumuna göre yapıldı ve titre değerleri Spearmann-Karber metoduna göre hesaplandı. Oda ısısında tutulan aşıda aşı yarı ömrü 13. hafta olarak tesbit edildi. +4°C'de tutulan aşılarda ise ilk 6 ay sonundaki titre düşüşü 0.55 log, bir yılın sonunda ise 2.05 log olarak değerlendirildi. Aşı yarı ömrü ise 16 ay olarak tesbit edildi. -20 °C'de tutulan aşılarda iki yıl boyunca tekrarlanan titrasyonlarda titre düşüşüne bağlı olarak önemli bir değişiklik tespit edilmedi.
