Çeşitli Serumlarda (Koyun, Keçi, Sığır) Mavi-Dil Antikorlarının Agar-Jel Presipitasyon Testi İle Araştırılması

Türkiye'nin değişik bölgelerinden toplanan 565 adet koyun, keçi ve sığır kan serumlarında, mavi dil virusuna karşı antikorlar, AGT'i ile tesbit edildi. Bu çalışmada antijen hazırlanmasında BHK-21 hücre kültürlerinden yararlanıldı ve kan serum örneklerınde uygulanan AGPT'inde ise %1'lik Noble agar kullanıldı. Test sonucunda toplam 351 koyun kan serumunun 121'inde (%34,4), 114 keçi kan serumunun 17'sinde (%15), 100 sığır kan serumunun 1'inde (%1) presipitan antikorlar tesbit edildi.

The detection of blue-tongue antibodies (sheep-goat-cattle) in various blood sera by using agar-gel precipitation test

The detection of the antibodies against Bluetonque disease agar gel precipitation test performed in several blood sera. (sheep, goats cattle) The antibadies to bluetonque virus were determined by the AGPT in the 565 sero of sheep, goats and cattle collected from the various region of Turkey. In the study, BHK-21, cell cultures were used in the preparation of antigen and 1% Noble agar was usedin AGPT applied on the blood serum samples. As a result of the test, the precipitating antibodies were determined in 121 of the 351 sheep sera (34,4%), 17 of the goats sera (15%) and 1 of the 100 cattle sera (1%).
