B1 Vitamininin Yüksek Dozları Tatbik Edilmiş Normal Beslenen Atların İdrarında Bu Vitaminin Saptanması

Extra tiamin enjeksiyonu sonucu, idrardaki tiamin düzeylerin incelemek amacıyla bu araştırmayı yaptık. Çalışmalarımızda fluorometrik tiokrom metodunu uyguladık. İki deneme atından, belli saatlerde aldığımız idrarlarla çalıştık. Toplam 180 adet idrar örneği analiz ettik. Sonuçta, saatler arası ve dozlar arasında önemli farklılıklar bulduk. Thiamin enjeksiyonundan sonra ilk iki saat içinde, bu vitaminin önemli bir kısmının idrarla atıldığı kanısına vardık.

Under normal conditions, the detection of Vit·B1 in the urines in horses given high doses of thiamine)

We studied on the determination of thiamine levels in the urine as a result of extra thiamine injection to the horses. In these studies we have used fluorometric thiochrome technique. We have taken urines from two horses at limited hours. We analyzed 180 samples of urines totally as a result of this study we have found that there were great differences among thiamine doses and hours. According to our opinion, after thiamine injection, the majority of the thiamine was excreted during the firs two hours.
