TNF-α TAYİNİ İÇİN REFLEKTOMETRİK İNTERFERANS SPEKTROSKOPİSİ TEMELLİ SENSÖR GELİŞTİRİLMESİ

Bu çalışmada, TNF-α biyomolekülünü seçici olarak tanıyan ve bağlayabilen reflektometrik interferans spektroskopisi temelli sensör sistemi hazırlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, reflektometrik interferans spektroskopisi temelli ve karboksimetildekstran kaplı sensör sistemleri TNF-α antibadinin uygun yönlenimli bağlanabilmesi amacıyla aktive edilmiş, ardından uygun derişimdeki anti-TNF-α antibadi aktive yüzeylere bağlanmış ve hazırlanan sensörlerin TNF-α molekülünü bağlama etkinlikleri incelenerek, bağlanma sabitleri hesaplanmıştır.

In this work, sensor systems based on reflectometric interference spectroscopy has been prepared for selectively recognition and binding of TNF-a biomolecules. For this purpose, carboxymethyldextran coated and reflectometric interference spectroscopy based sensor systems have been activated for binding of suitable orientated antibody, then anti-TNF-a antibody has been bounded on the surface and binding efficiency and binding constants of prepared sensors have been investigated
