KANSER ÖLÜM HIZININ HARİTALANDIRILMASI: TÜRKİYE İÇİN KESİTSEL BİR ÇALIŞMA ÖRNEĞİ

Kanser haritalandırılması halk sağlığı çalışmalarında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Haritalandırmada yaşa ve cinsiyete özel düzeltmelere dikkat edilmelidir. Bu çalışma kanser haritalandırılmasının halk sağlığındaki sağladığı yararların vurgulanmasını, 2002-2007 yılları için Türkiye’de kanserhastalıkları nedeniyle hesaplanan kanser ölüm hızlarının standardizasyonu, beklenen ölüm hızlarının hesaplanması ve kanser haritalandırmasında ArcGIS programının kullanılmasını irdelemeyi amaçlamaktadır.
