Yaşlanmanın Kısraklarda Plazma Oksidan ve Antioksidan Parametreler Üzerine Etkisi

Yaşlanma, her organizmanın yaşamı için kaçınılmaz bir süreçtir. Yaşlanmayla ilgili oldukça geniş kabul görenteorilerden biri de serbest radikal teorisidir. Bu çalışmada oksidatif stresin bir göstergesi olan malondialdehit (MDA) vebazı antioksidan parametreler ölçülerek yaşlanmanın kısrak plazmasındaki oksidan ve antioksidan değerleri üzerineetkisi araştırıldı.
