Atlarda Sancı: Cerrahi veya İlaç ile Sağaltım Ölçütleri

Atlarda sancı, abdominal kriz belirtisi olup, klinik semptomlar mide-bağırsak kanalındaki patolojik değişiklikleri nitelendirir. Sağaltım ilaç veya cerrahi yöntemlerle yapılabildiği gibi, bazı olgularda hiç bir sağaltım yöntemi seçenek olarak uygulanamaz. Çoğu olguda kesin tanı mümkün olmasa bile, abdominal şirurji için klinik semptomlar değerlendirilerek karar verilebilir. Derleme klinik semptomlar ve onlara has patofizyolojik temelleri tartışarak, ilaç veya cerrahi yöntemlerle müdahale kararına yardımcı olacak akış basamaklarını içermektedir
