Türkiye'de özel tasarrufun belirleyicileri

Bu çalışmanın amacı,1987-2007 dönemi itibariyle Türkiye’deki özel tasarrufların belirleyicilerini incelemek ve analiz etmektir. Özel tasarrufun; kamu tasarrufu, para arzı, faiz oranı, enflasyon oranı ve dış tasarrufun bir fonksiyonu olduğu ekonometrik bir model geliştirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar; kamu tasarrufu, para arzı, faiz oranı ve enflasyon oranının özel tasarruf üzerinde negatif etkiye buna karşın, dış tasarrufun özel tasarruf üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir.

Deteminants of private saving in Turkey

This study aims at analyzing and examining the determinants of private savings in Turkey during 1987-2007. An econometric model is developed in which private saving is a function of public saving, the money supply, the interest rate, the inflation rate, the foreing saving. The overall results indicate that public saving, the money supply, the interest rate, the inflation rate have a negative impact on private saving, while the foreing saving has a positive effect.
