ÇALIŞANLARIN ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALİZASYON VE KARİYER ÇAPALARINA YÖNELİK ALGILAMALARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ VE BANKA ÇALIŞANLARINA YÖNELİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Araştırma, bankacılık sektöründe çalışan bireylerin örgütsel sosyalleşme ve kariyer çapalarına yönelik algılamalarıarasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul’un Avrupa Yakası’ndaki beşözel bankanın çalışanlarına yönelik anket düzenlenmiş-tir. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışanların örgütsel sosyalizasyon ile kariyer çapalarına yönelik algılamaları arasında pozitif yönlü orta derecede bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca çalışanların demografik özelliklerine (cinsiyet, eğitim durumu) göre örgütsel sosyalizasyon algılamalarının herhangi bir farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir
