ALGILANAN İÇSELLİK STATÜSÜNÜN ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Bu çalışmada, çalışanların algıladıklarıiçselliğin, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışlarıüzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla teorik kısımda henüz yeterince araştırılmayan algılanan içsellik statüsüne ve algılanan dışsallık statüsü ile arasındaki farklılığa değinilecek ardından örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışıyla olan ilişkisi açıklanacaktır. Araştırma bölümünde, algılanan içsellik statüsünün örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışıüzerindeki etkisi incelenecektir. Ayrı-ca ikincil amaç, çalışanların demografik özellikleri itibariyle araştırma değişkenleri arasındaki farklılıklarıbelirlemektir. Mersin’de Kamu ve Özel sektör çalışanlarıile yapılan araştırma sonuçlarına göre algılanan içsellik statüsünün genel olarak örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ile pozitif yönlü bir ilişkiye sahip olduğu ve algılanan içsellik statüsünün örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını pozitif yönde anlamlı bir biçimde etkilediği belirlenmiştir
