Echinops L. (Asteraceae) Cinsinin Tehlike Altındaki Bir Türü: Echinops heterophyllus P. H. Davis

Çalışmamızda, Ülkemiz için nadir ve Türkiye Bitkileri Kırmızı Kitabı’na göre, VUVulnerable (zarar görebilir) tehlike kategorisinde yer alan Echinops heterophyllus taksonunun morfolojisi, palinolojik, sitotaksonomik özellikleri ve yayılış alanları, hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. Türün polen özellikleri ve diploid 30 adet kromozoma sahip olduğu ilk kez rapor edilmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye florası yazılırken az sayıda örnek incelenerek tanımlanmış, nadir ve az tanınan bir tür olan E. heterophyllus’un yeni örneklere dayanan daha detaylı ve düzeltilmiş tanımını ortaya koymak, henüz üzerinde araştırma yapılmamış sitotaksonomik ve palinolojik özelliklerini belirlemektir.

Endangered species of genus Echinops L. (Asteraceae): Echinops heterophyllus P.H. Davis

In this research, Echinopsheterophyllus that is rare and vulnerable according to Red Data Book of Turkish Plants was investigated by means of morphological, palynological, cytotaxonomical and dispersal. Palynological features and chromosome number (2n=30) of the taxon was reported here for the first time. Main objectives of this research are to prepare detailed and revised description that depends on new specimens of rare E. heterophyllus which was described by using limited specimens in Turkish Flora, and to determine cytotaxonomical and palynological features that are not studied yet.
