Tedarikçinin süreçlerini iyileştirme amaçlı tedarikçi seçim problemi

Büyük ölçekli işletmelerin alternatif yatırım stratejilerinden bir tanesi de tedarikçi süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesidir. Büyük ölçekli işletmeler kendileri ile sürekli çalışan tedarikçilerin üretim süreçlerine yatırım yaparak aslında kendi üretim süreçlerinin verimliliğinin artmasına da katkıda bulunabilirler. Bu çalışmada, farklı değerlendirme kriterlerine göre, öncelikli yatırım yapılacak tedarikçilerin seçim problemi ele alınmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklarını bulmak için Analitik Ağ Süreci (ANP) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. ANP sonucunda elde edilen kriter ağırlıkları PrometheeII ve PrometheeII+Tch yöntemlerinde kullanılarak tedarikçi puanları belirlenmiştir. Ancak çalışmayı yaptığımız şirketin yatırım yapacağı göz önüne alındığında, şirketin tedarikçilerden alım yaptığı malzemelerin/yarı mamullerin tutarları (ciro) da önem arz etmektedir. Bu analizler yapılırken ciro kriterinin çok baskın bir kriter olduğu düşünülerek başlangıç analizlerinde değerlendirilmemiştir. Ciro kriteri ve elde edilen diğer puanlar veri zarflama analizinde kullanılarak en iyi tedarikçi(ler) belirlenmiştir. Seçilen tedarikçi, süreç iyileştirme programına en hızlı adapte olabilecek tedarikçidir. Yapılacak yatırım ile tedarikçi süreçlerinin kontrol altına alınması ve bu süreçlerin iyileştirilmesi sağlanabilecektir. Uygulama aşamasında, mobilya sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin beş farklı ürün grubundaki tedarikçileri, önerilen yöntemle dokuz kriterde değerlendirilmiş, sonuçlar analiz edilmiştir.

Supplier selection problem with the aim of improving supplier’s processes

One of the alternative investment strategies of large-sized enterprises is to improve the supplier’s processes. Large-sized enterprises can increase the efficiency of own processes by investing on the manufacturing processes of suppliers, working with them continually. In this study, the selection problem of suppliers having the priority for investment is discussed with respect to different evaluation criteria. Analytical Network Process (ANP) method is used to find the weights of the criteria. The score of each supplier is determined by using the criteria weights from ANP in the PrometheeII and PrometheeII+Tch methods. However, considering the investing company, the total amount of turnover of suppliers from the company is also important. Since we considered that the turnover criterion is very dominant, we didn’t include it in our analysis initially. The best supplier(s) is(are) determined by using the turnover criterion together with other criteria in the data envelopment analysis. The best supplier to be chosen is the one, which can be adapted to the process improvement program fastest. By investing on supplier’s process, it would be taken under control better, and the improvement would be possible. In the application stage, the suppliers of an enterprise, which operates in the furniture industry, are evaluated according to nine criteria with the suggested method, and results are analyzed.
