Ülseratif kolitte “Solucan polipler”

Ülseratif kolit olgularında kolonda infalamatuar poliplere sıklıkla rastlanmaktadır. Filiform, solucan şeklindeki polipler inflamatuar poliplerin nadir görülen bir şekli olup daha çok şiddetli ülseratif kolit olgularında izlenmektedirler. Burada 35 yaşında 5 yıllık ülseratif pankolit tanısı olan vakada inflamatuar filiform (solucan) poliplerin gelişimi sunulmuştur.‹nflamatuar barsak hastal›klar›n›n seyrinde çeflitli flekillerde ve formlarda poliplerin geliflebildi¤i bilinmektedir. Gerçek adenematoz polipler daha nadir izlenirken, inflamatuar psödopolipler özellikle fliddetli olgularda karfl›m›za ç›kmaktad›r. Psödopolipler görünüm olarak ço¤u zaman sapl› veya yas› flekilde olup büyük boyutlara ulaflabilmektedir. Daha nadiren atipik flekilli polipoid yap›lara rastlamak mümkündür.

Filiform polyposis of ulcerative colitis

Inflammatory polyposis is a frequent sequela of ulcerative colitis, but filiform polyposis is a rare form of inflammatory polyposis characterized by the presence of numerous, worm-like polyps in the colon. It is usually seen in case of severe ulcerative colitis. We report a 35-year-old male with a five-year history of ulcerative pancolitis and massive polyposis characterized by long, worm-like inflammatory polyps.
