YAŞLILARIN GÜNLÜK YAŞAM AKTİVİTELERİNİN VE SOSYAL AĞLARININ BAŞARILI YAŞLANMAYA ETKİSİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı yaşlıların günlük yaşam aktivitelerinin ve sosyal ağlarının başarılı yaşlanma üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada basit rastgele örneklem yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın katılımcılarını Türkiye’de Ankara ilinin Çankaya ve Altındağ ilçelerinde yaşayan 60 yaş ve üzeri 500 birey oluşturmuştur. Yaşlıların sosyal ağları aile ve arkadaş alt boyutu ile enstrümental günlük yaşam aktiviteleri değişkenlerinin başarılı yaşlanma davranışına etkisi incelemek için kurulan çoklu doğrusal regresyon modelinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu görülmüştür (F=31,139 p
