TÜRKİYE'DE ADLİ DEĞERLENDİRMEDEN GEÇEN ÇOCUĞA YÖNELİK CİNSEL İSTİSMAR VAKALARI HAKKINDA BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Bu çalışmada, cinsel istismara uğradığı için adli tıp değerlendirmesine tabi tutulan çocukları, geriye dönükolarak inceleyen 15 araştırma derlenerek bu araştırmaların bazı verileri sistematik analize tabi tutulmuştur.İncelenen araştırmaların bazı verileri, aynı kriterlere göre bir araya getirilmiştir. Derlenen verilerden cinselistismara uğrayan çocukların cinsiyeti ve bu çocuklara en sık konulan psikiyatrik tanılar, istismar failininkimliği, failin tekil ya da çoğul şahıs olması ve istismarın bir kez ya da tekrarlı olması hakkında çıkarımyapılmıştır.Yapılan incelemeye göre kız çocukları, erkek çocuklara göre daha fazla cinsel istismara uğramaktadır. Cinselistismara uğrayan erkek çocukların yaş ortalaması kız çocuklara göre daha düşüktür. 1740 vakanın 354’ünde(%20.34) fail yabancı, 1386’sında (%79.66) tanıdık, 177’sinde (%10.17) erkek arkadaş/partner, 89’unda (%5.11)arkadaş/akrandır. 1922 vakanın 257’si (%13.37) ensesttir. Cinsel istismar 1151 vakanın 466’sında (%40.5) isetekrarlanmıştır. 829 vakanın 111’inde (%13.38) fail bir kişiden fazladır. 1489 vakanın 1027’si psikiyatrik tanıalmıştır. Psikolojik bozukluk görülme oranı ise 1939 vakada 1226 (%63.22) dır.

AN ASSESSMENT OF THE CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE CASES EVALUATED BY FORENSIC ASSESSMENT IN TURKEY

In this study, 15 studies retrospectively examining children who were subjected to forensic evaluation for sexual abuse were reviewed and some of these data were subjected to systematic analysis. Some data of the researches were gathered according to the same criteria. From the data collected some inferences have been made about the ratios of sex of the children who were sexually abused and the most frequent psychiatric diagnoses of these children, the identity of the perpetrator of the abuse, the perpetrator's being of singular person or a plural persons and if the sexual abuse is once or repetitive. According to the analysis, girls are exposed to more sexual abuse than boys. The mean age of sexually abused boys is lower than that of girls. Of the 1740 cases, 354 (20.34%) of the perpetrators were stranger, 1386 (79.66%) were acquaintances, 177 (10.17%) were boyfriends /partners, 89 (5.11%) were friends /relatives. Of the 1922 cases, 257 (13.37%) were incest. Sexual abuse occurred repeatedly in 466 (40.5%) of 1151 cases. Of the 829 cases, 111 (13.38%) had more than one perpetrator. Of the 1489 cases, 1027 had a psychiatric diagnosis. The rate of psychological disorder is 1226 (63.22%) in 1939 cases.
