ÇALIŞANLARIN İHBARCILIK WHISTLEBLOWING EĞİLİMİ İLE ÖRGÜTSEL ADALET ALGISI İLİŞKİSİNİN KAVRAMSAL BOYUTU

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların ihbarcılık eğilimleri ile örgütsel adalet algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi kavramsal boyutta açıklamaya çalışmaktır. Çalışmada, ihbarcılık kavramı ve örgütsel adalet kavramları incelenerek, ihbarcılık ile örgütsel adalet algısının ilişkisi tartışılmaktadır.Yapılan araştırmaların bulguları, çalışanların ihbarcılık eğiliminin oluşmasında örgütsel adalet algısının önemli bir rolü olduğu izlenimini vermektedir. Bu doğrultuda, çalışanların ihbarcılık eğilimlerinin örgütsel adalet algısına bağlı olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bazı araştırma bulgularına göre, örgütsel adalet algısı iç ihbarcılık kanallarının kullanılması konusunda çalışanları cesaretlendirmektedir.

THE CONCEPTUAL DIMENSION OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEES’ WHISTLEBLOWING TENDENCY AND PERCEPTION OF ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE

The aim of this study is to explain the relationship between the whistleblowing tendency of employees and perceptions of organizational justice in a conceptual dimension. In the study,whistleblowing and organizational justice are examined and the relationship between whistleblowing and perception of organizational justice is discussed. The finding of the researches suggest that the perception of organizational justice plays an important role in the formation of the whistleblowing tendency of the employees to be informed. In this respect, the whistleblowing tendency of the employees to depends on the perception of organizational justice. According to the some research findings,perceptions of justice is encourged the empolyees to use internal whistleblowing channels
