Sosyal ve Politik İlişki Ağlarıyla Çocuk Yurttaşlığı ve Çocukluk Çalışmaları

Bu derleme, çocuk ve çocukluk çalışmalarının sistematik olmayan bir incelemesini içerir. Çocukların bireysel, toplumsal ve politik özneleşme süreçlerine değinen, çocukları içinde bulunduğu ağlarla ele alan, çocukluk çalışmalarının önemini anlatan ve bu alanda yenilikçi yöntemler arayan çalışmalara odaklanılmıştır. Derleme, çocukluk çalışmalarının kendi kaderini tayin etmesinin önündeki engelleri ele alan literatürü bir araya getirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Böylece bu engellerin çocukluk çağı çalışanları tarafından tartışılması ve yeni arayışlara odaklanılması için bir zemin oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada çocuk ve çocukluk çalışmaları, çocuk katılımı ve ilişki ağlarında çocuk olmak üzere üç ana başlık oluşturulmuştur. Bu konular, çocukluğun nasıl, kimler tarafından ve neden incelendiğine, katılımın çeşitli boyutlarına ve çocukları çevreleyen toplumsal birikimin onlarla nasıl etkileşime girdiğine bakar. Çocukluk çalışmaları, çocukların toplumsal eşitsizliğine karşı direnişte önemli bir adım olarak görülmekte ve çocuk/çocukluk çalışmaları derlemesinin eşitlik umudunu gündemde tutması umulmaktadır.
