Psikiyatri Hastalarında Sıvı ve Elektrolit Bozukluklarının Hemşirelik Tanısı ve Değerlendirmesi

Elektrolitler vücudumuzda değişik konsantrasyonlarda bulunmakta ve insan yaşamında çok önemli rol oynamaktadır. Genellikle de vücuttaki tüm elektrolitler hücresel bütünlük, hormonal etki, asit haz deng esi, içeri alınan ve atılanlar ile düzenlenmekte olup her dengesizlik ise bir sendromu oluşturmak tadır. Hızla teşhis edilerek tedavisinin yapılması gereken bir durum olan polidipsia ve hiponatremi üstünde Avrupa'da psikiyatri hastalarında 199011 yıllardan itibaren tekrardan durulmaya başlamış olmasına rağmen ülkemiz için durum aynı değildir

Electrolytes are found in varying concentrations in our bodies and play an important role in the life of rnankind.
