Prematüre Bebeklerde Kanguru Bakım Modeli Uygulaması Ve Hemşirelik Bakımındaki Yeri

Kanguru metodu anne-baba ve bebek arasında en erken dönemde teması sağlayan güvenli bir bakım modelidir. Ayrıca ailelerin de kendilerini güvende hissetmelerini sağlamakta, bu yaklaşım ile yüksek teknolojiye rağmen insancıl bakım ilkesi korunabilmektedir. Bu uygulamadaki asıl amaç; bebeği inkübatöre yerleştirip annesine en çok ihtiyacı olduğu sırada onu yabancı bir ortamda yalnız bırakmayı önlemektir. Bu metodla bebek annesinden koparılmamakta ve psikolojik gelişmesi de daha sağlıklı olmaktadır

KANGAROO CARE FOR PREMATÜRE INFANTS AND STATUS IN THE NURSING CARE

Kangaroo core is a safe care model providing the contact between the parents and the baby at the earliest period. In addition it helps the parents to feel thernseWes safe and the principle of "Hurnanitarien care despite the high technology" could be preserved with this model. The essential aim of this procedure is ta prevent by leaving alone in a strange millien while the baby needs her mother most. By this method the baby is not torn apart from her mother and her psychologic development occurs in a more healthy way
