HASTA ÇOCUK VE EBEVEYNLERİNDE POST-TRAVMATİK STRES BOZUKLUĞU

Post-travmatik stres bozukluğu PTSB travma yaratan önemli bir olay sonrası ortaya çıkan ve kişide travmayı hatırlatan ya da çağrıştıran uyaranlardan kaçınma ve kişinin travmatik olayı rüyalar ve yeniden yaşamalar yoluyla yeniden deneyimleme bulguları ile seyreden ve en az 1 ay boyunca süregelen mental bir bozukluktur. Kronik bir hastalık tanısı konulması ya da akut gelişen bir olaya maruz kalınması çocuk ve ailesi üzerinde de bazı PTSB semptomlarının görülmesine yol açabilmektedir. PTSB’nun çocuk ve ebeveynlerinde erken dönemde tanılanması, sağlık hizmetlerinde çocuk ve ailesine verilen hemşirelik yaklaşımının planlanmasında önem taşımaktadır

POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER OF ILL CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS

Post-traumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder which emerges after an important incident that causes trauma and avoidance of factors that reminds about the trauma and it is a disorder that progresses with traumatic dreams and reliving of experiences and that lasts at least one month. The diagnosis of an chronic ıllness or acute exposure to event may cause some symptoms of PTSB on the child and parents. Early diagnosis of PTSD for both child and the parents has an important role in nursing care plans given in health care services
