Affektif Bozukluklarda Psikoterapötik Girişimler Ve Psikiyatri Hemşireliği

Mental bozuklukta psikolojik tedavilerden yararlanımın artması ile bipolar affektif bozuklukla ilgili uygulamalarda psikoterapilerin rolüne ilgi artmıştır. Bipolar affektif bozuklukta semptomlarla başetme, yaşamını idame ettirmede pek çok farklı terapötik metod vardır. Bu makale, affektif bozuklukta psikoterapi ve psikiyatri hemşiresinin psikoterapötik bakım girişimlerini irdeler. Psikiyatri hemşireleri affektif bozuklukta, hastalıkla ilgili eğitim, bireylere destek, aile terapisi, kognitif davranışsal terapi, kişiler arası ilişkiler terapisi, grup ve psikodinamik terapi yaklaşımlarından yararlanırlar. Affektif bozukluğu olan hastalara uygulanacak psikoterapi ile semptomların önlenmesi, sosyal uyum ve girişimlerin arttırılması, relapsların ve hospitalizasyonun önlenmesi sağlanabilir. Psikoterapötik yaklaşımları iyi kullanabilen psikiyatri hemşireleri hastalığın tedavisinde önemli katkılar sağlayabilirler

PSYCHOTHERAPEUTICS INTERVENTION AND PSYCHIATRIC NURSING IN AFFECTIVE DISORDER

The increased acceptance of brief evidence-based psychological treatments in mental disorders treatment has finally led to increased interest in the role of psychotherapies in affective disorders practice. There are different many psychoterapy methods to help have affective disorder patients cope with their symptoms and manage their lives.This article provides a review of commonly encountered affective disorders in psychoterapy and primary psychiatric nursing psychotherapeutics care interventions. Psychiatric nurses are skilled to run common intervention strategies for the treatment of affective disorders that include education about affective disorder, and supportive individual and family therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal relationship therapy, group and psychodinamic therapy. The evidence suggests that the addition of a psychoterapy may significantly reduce symptoms, enhance social adjustment and functioning, and reduce relapses and hospitalizations in patients with affective disorders. Psychiatric nurse who use well psychotherapeutics approach, may be important help on affective disorders treatment
