Memenin bifazik tümörleri; epitelyal ve stromal proliferasyonların kombinasyonundan olusmaktadır. Bu tümörlerin benign grubunda fibroadenom malign grubunda ise filloides tümör ve periduktal stromal tümörler yer almaktadır. Bu çalısmada 52 yasında, sol memedeki kitle nedeniyle eksizyonel biopsi uygulanan ve “periduktal stromal sarkom” tanısı alan olgu histopatolojik ve immunohistokimyasal özellikleri ile sunulmustur.

Periductal stromal sarcoma

Biphasic breast tumors composed of various combination of epithelial and stromal proliferations . These tumors include both benign as fibroadenoma and malignant lesions as phylloides tumor and periductal stromal tumor Herein we report 52 years old woman who has a tumour on her left breast that has been diagnosed as “periductal stromal sarcoma “. The case has been presented with histopathological and immunohistochemical features.
