ORTAÖĞRETİM ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ÖRGÜTSEL GÜVEN ALGILARI

Bu araştırma ile Malatya ili merkez ilçe sınırları içerisindeki ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullara ilişkin örgütsel güven algılarının ne düzeyde olduğunun belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Hoy ve Tschannen Moran 2003 tarafından geliştirilen ve öğretmenlerin okullardaki örgütsel güven düzeyini nasıl algıladıklarını betimlemeyi amaçlayan “Çok Amaçlı T Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır Türkçeye uyarlanan geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılan ölçek; 82’si kadın 154’ü erkek olmak üzere toplam 236 öğretmene uygulanmıştır Elde edilen veriler üzerinde yapılan analizler sonucunda araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları liselerde örgütsel güveni “orta” düzeyde algıladıkları belirlenmiştir Ayrıca araştırma sonucunda liselerdeki öğretmen sayısı arttıkça meslektaşlara duyulan güven düzeyinin düştüğü Anadolu ve fen liselerinde görevli öğretmenlerin diğer liselerdeki öğretmenlere göre örgütsel güven düzeyini daha olumlu algıladıkları belirlenmiştir
