The Impact of Technology Transfer Performance on Quality Performance

Nowadays, there is tough competition in globalmarkets so that companies must be able tomeet their customers’ expectations and needssatisfactorily. This is possible through technologicaldevelopment. This study’s purpose is to determinewhether technology transfer affects on the qualityperformance. If technology transfer affects onthe quality performance, the way of effects issearched, is it affected by positively or negatively.Structural equation modeling was used for researchmodel analysis. The results of research show thattechnology transfer affects quality performancepositively and technology transfer performancedoes not have difference effects on the differentquality performance criteria.
