Bu araştırmanın amacı ilköğretim sınıf öğretmenlerinin bilişim teknolojileri dersinin öğretimine yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu nedenle araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olgu bilim modeline uygun olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışma grubunun seçiminde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Bu yöntemde her sınıf düzeyinden beşer öğretmen olmak üzere yansız olarak, Amasya il merkezinde görev yapan 25 sınıf öğretmeni çalışma grubuna alınmıştır. Öğretmenlere bilişim teknolojileri dersi öğretimine yönelik toplam 3 soru sorulmuştur. Görüşmeler kayıt altına alınmıştır ve araştırmacılar tarafından tek tek yazılarak betimsel olarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda sınıf öğretmenleri, kendilerinin yeterli olmadığı bir konuda öğrencileri yetiştiremeyeceklerini, bilişim teknolojileri dersinin tekrar getirilmesini hatta zorunlu ders olması gerektiğini ifade etmiş ve dersin bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenleri tarafından verilmesi gerektiğini vurgulamışlardır.

The main purpose of this study was to explore the views of the primary school teachers about the teaching of the information technology courses.The research was carried out with factualism that is one of the phenomenology patterns. The purposive sampling method was chosen for the selection of the working group. In this method, 25 primary school teachers working in the central province of Amasya, were chosen for working group randomly by five teachers of each class level.The teachers were asked 3 questions in total about the teaching of the information technology course. Interviews were recorded and having been written one by one by the researcher were analized descriptively. At the end of the study it was observed that the primary school teachers expressed that can not educate the students in the subject that they are not qualified and information technology courses should be brought back, even they should be compulsory and these courses should be given by computer technology teachers.
