Kombu mantarının ekstresinin fungus misel gelişimine etkileri bu çalışmanın konusunu oluşturmuştur. Kombu mantarı ekstresini hazırlamak için; 1lt suya 60 gr şeker ve siyah çay ilave edilmiş ve bu ortamda Kombu mantarının fermentasyonu sağlanmıştır. Elde edilen ekstre 0, 100, 150, 200cc olarak patates dekstroz agar besiyerine ilave edilmiştir. Hazırlanan agarlı ortamlara Polyporus versicolor ve Morchella esculenta ’nın miselyal agar diskleri inokule edilmiştir. Polyporus versicolor 30°C’de Morchella esculenta 23°C’de 1 hafta süre ile geliştirilmiş ve misel gelişimleri incelenmiştir. İnkübasyon süresi sonunda kontrol grubundaki gelişme Kombu mantarı ekstresi ilave edilen ortamlara göre oldukça iyi olmuştur. Ekstre ilave edilen besiyerlerinden 100cc ve 150cc konsantrasyonlarda misel gelişimi gözlenirken 200cc ilave edilen besiyerinde gelişme gözlenmemiştir. Elde edilen veriler makroskobik olarak görüntülenmiştir.

The subject of this study, the effect of the extract of kombucha mushroom on the development of fungus mycelium is formed. For preparing Kombu mushroom extract; 60 g sugar and black tea were added to 1lt water and at this medium, the fermentation of Kombu mushroom was obtained.
