DEV SERVİKAL LİPOMLAR
Lipomlar benign, enkapsüle, mezenşimal neoplazmlar olup, matür yağ hücrelerinden kökenalırlar. Sıklıkla sırt, omuz ve abdomende izlenir. Genellikle subkutan dokuda yerleşir ve çevredokulara infiltrasyon göstermezler. Lipomların %15’ ten azı baş boyun bölgesi yerleşimlidir.Baş boyun yerleşiminde, sıklıkla posterior servikal üçgende prezente oldukları görülür. Dahanadir olarak anterior boyun, oral kavite, parotid gland ve infratemporal fossada görülmektedirlerBu makalede büyük boyutlara ulaşmış servikal lipom olguları sunulmuş ve literatür eşliğindetartışılmıştır
Giant Cervical Lipomas
Lipomas are benign, encapsulated, mesenchymal neoplasms and they are derived from maturefat cells. They are often observed on back, shoulders and abdomen. Usually settles subcutaneousand don’t infiltration to surrounding tissues. Fewer than 15% of lipomas occur in the head andneck They are often presented in the posterior cervical triangle on the placement of the headand neck. More rarely they are seen anterior neck, oral cavity, parotid gland, and infratemporalfossa. Cases of cervical lipoma reached great sizes are presented and discussed in this article
