Yunanistan’ın ekonomik, hukuki, siyasi yapısı ve Yunanistan vergi sisteminin değerlendirilmesi

: Bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin batı komşusu olan Yunanistan, siyasi, hukuki ve ekonomik yapısı ile vergi sistemi çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Bu açıdan ilk olarak Yunanistan’ın siyasi yapısı içerisinde yer alan yasama, yürütme ve yargı organları görev ve yetkileri açısından açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra, temelleri Roma Hukuku’na dayanan ve tipik bir Avrupa Medeni Hukuku olan Yunan Hukuk Sistemi açıklanmıştır. Küçük ama son derece açık bir ekonomiye sahip olan Yunanistan ile ilgili özellikle AB üyesi olduktan sonraki ekonomik görünümü ifade edilmiştir. Çalışmada son olarak Yunanistan vergi sistemi değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Yunanistan vergi sisteminde vergiler gelir, tüketim ve servet üzerinden alınan vergiler olarak üçlü bir sisteme tabi tutularak açıklanmış ve bu çerçevede; özellikle Yunanistan’ın ekonomik, idari ve vergi yapısı hem kendi aralarında hem AB-27 hem de OECD çerçevesinde ele alınarak sistemler arası etkileşim açıklanmış ve Yunan hükümetinin vergi sistemiyle birlikte hem ekonomisini hem de politikasını nasıl geliştirdiği değerlendirilmiştir.

Economic, legal, political structure of Greece and evaluation of Greece tax system

: In this study Greece, the western neighbour of Turkey, is evaluated within the terms of political, legal and economic structure with tax system. In this context, firstly legislative, executive and judicial bodies that take place in Greece political structure are explained with functions and powers. Later, Greece Law System which foundations basis on Roman Law is explained. It’s implied especially economic outlook after belonging to EU membership with Greece which has a little but extremely open economy. Finally, Greece tax system is evaluated in the study. Taxes in Greece tax system are represented subject to triple system as taxes on income, consumption and property and in this context; especially the interaction between systems is explained by economic, administrative and tax structure of Greece taken up among both themselves and EU-27 also OECD and it’s evaluated that how Greek government improve both it’s economy and policy with tax system.
