YÖNETİCİNİN GÜÇ KAYNAĞI İLE ÇALIŞANLARIN ÖRGÜTE DUYDUĞU GÜVEN ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı; yöneticinin kullandığı güç kaynağı ile çalışanların örgüte duydukları güven arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul ilinde bulunan farklı örgütlerde kamu ve özel sektörde çalışanlar oluşturmuştur (N=152).  Verilen toplanmasında, örneklem grubuna “Okullarda Örgütsel Güç Ölçeği” ve “Kuruma Güven Anketi” uygulanmıştır. Veriler SPSS 21.0 programıyla analiz edilmiştir.  Çalışanların yöneticiden algıladıkları güç kaynakları ile örgüte duydukları güven boyutları arasında ilişkileri belirlemek amacıyla Pearson Korelasyon Analizi’nden yararlanılmış ve güç ve güven boyutları arasında ilişkiler belirlenmiştir.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MANAGERS’ POWER SOURCES AND EMPLOYEES’ SENSE OF TRUST TO ORGANIZATION

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between managers’ power source and employees’ sense of trust to organization. Correlational survey model was used in the study. Data has been collected from employees’ working in different organizations, public and private sector in İstanbul (N=152) by “Organizational Power Scale in Schools” and “Organization Oriented Trust Scale”. Data was analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software programme. Pearson Correlation Analyze was used to examine the data testing in order to determine the correlation between employees’ power sources perception from manager and sense of trust to organization and the relation between power and trust dimensions
