Meme kanserinde galyum-67 tutulumu
Galyum-67 (Ga-67) sintigrafisi nadir olmayan sıklıkta diffüz büyük B hücreli lenfoma, akciğer kanseri, malign melanom, hepatoselüler kanser, testis tümörleri, baş-boyun kanserleri gibi onkolojik vakalarda tanı ve tedaviye yanıt amacı ile kullanılan sintigrafik yöntemdir. Ga-67 sintigrafisi onkolojik vakalar dışında sarkoidoz ve bazı enflamatuar hastalıklarda da tanı ve tedaviye yanıtı değerlendirmede kulanılabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda amaç sarkoidoz ön tanısı ile Ga-67 sintigrafisi çekimi için bölümümüze refere edilen hastada sol memede Ga-67 tutulumu izlememiz üzerine yapılan histopatolojik incelemede invaziv duktal karsinom tespit ettiğimizi bildirmektir.
Ga-67 uptake in a patient with breast cancer
Galyum-67 (Ga-67) scintigraphy has been used in diagnosis and evaluation of therapy response in a variety of tumors such as diffuse large B cell lymphoma, lung cancer, malign melanoma, testicular cancers and head-neck cancers in nuclear medicine. In addition to tumor imaging, Ga-67 scintigraphy has been also used for the evaluation of sarcoidosis and the other inflammatory disease. In this case, we present a patient with the suspicious of sarkoidosis referred to our clinic for Ga-67 scintigraphy. Invasive ductal breast cancer incidentally diagnosed using Ga-67 scintigraphy.
