Brusellozun Nadir Bir Klinik Bulgusu: Akut Batın

Bruselloz herhangi bir organı ya da vücut bölümünü tutabilen sistemik bir hastalıktır. Brusellozda abdominal tutulum görülebilmesine rağmen, akut batın tablosu çok nadir görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada akut batın tablosu ile acil servise başvuran ancak bruselloz tanısı konulup medikal olarak tedavi edilen 15 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur

Brucellosis is a systemic infectious disease that can involve any organ or part of the body. Although abdominal involvement is seen in brucellosis, acute abdomen is a rare presentation. Here, we reported a 15-year-old boy with brucellosis who admitted to the emergency department with sudden and severe abdominal pain and diagnosed as acute abdomen
