YEŞİL ÖRGÜT İKLİMİ ALGISININ YEŞİL ÖRGÜTSEL DAVRANIŞ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Bu araştırmanın amacı, otel çalışanlarının yeşil örgüt iklimi algısının yeşil örgütsel davranışları üzerindeki etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Ayrıca araştırmada, otel çalışanlarının yeşil örgüt iklimi algısı ve yeşil örgütsel davranış düzeylerinin bazı demografik değişkenlere göre farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Konya ilindeki 5 ve 4 yıldızlı çevre sertifikasına sahip otel işletmelerindeki çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır (N=375). Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, katılımcıların yüksek düzeyde yeşil örgüt iklimi algısına ve yüksek düzeyde yeşil örgütsel davranışa sahip oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada yeşil örgüt iklimi algısının çalışanların oteldeki görevine göre anlamlı farklılaştığı; cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim düzeyi, gelir, iş deneyimi, çalışma süresi ve çalışılan departman değişkenleri açısından anlamlı farklılaşmadığı belirlenmiştir. Bunun yanı sıra çalışanların yeşil örgütsel davranışlarının cinsiyet, oteldeki görev ve çalıştığı departman değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılaştığı; yaş, eğitim düzeyi, gelir, iş deneyimi ve çalışma süresi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılaşmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
