FEN EDEBİYAT FAKÜLTESİ, EĞİTİM FAKÜLTESİ ve TEZSİZ YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMINA DEVAM EDEN ÖĞRENCİLERİN ÖĞRETMENLİK MESLEK ALGILARI
Türk eğitim sistemi değişik kaynaklardan ve değişik uygulamalar çerçevesinde öğretmen almış ve almaya devam etmektedir. Bu uygulamalardan biri de, başta Fen Edebiyat Fakülteleri mezunları olmak üzere değişik fakültelerin değişik bölümlerinden mezun öğrencilerin, tezsiz yüksek lisans programlarına alınarak öğretmenlik formasyonu kazandırılmaya çalışılması uygulamalarıdır. Bu uygulamalar henüz yeni olup sonuçların değerlendirilmesi de bu ölçü¬de yetersizdir. Bu çalışma, fen edebiyat fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinden öğretmen olmak isteyenlerle, tezsiz yük¬sek lisans programına devam eden ve eğitim fakültesi son sınıf öğrencilerinin öğretmenlik meslek algısını değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Osmangazi Üniversitesi Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi, Eğitim Fakültesi lisans öğrencileri ile, Fen Bilimleri ve Sosyal Bilimler Enstitülerinden de öğrenim gören tezsiz yüksek lisans öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Bu amaçla, ilgili öğrencilere öğretmenlik meslek algılarını belirlemeye yönelik olarak geliştirilmiş ölçek uygulanmış ve veriler değerlendirilip yorumlanmışbr.
Perceptions of The Students Attending The Faculty of Letters and Science and Faculty of Education and The Programme Wrthout Thesis as to The Teaching Profession
Turkish educational system meets its teacher requirements through various practices, one of which is the master program without thesis for the graduates of different faculties, especially of the faculties of letters and science to give them teaching formation. These practices are quite new and the results cannot be evaluated at the moment. The study's scope is the senior students of the faculty of letters and science who want to be teachers and the students attending the program without thesis and the senior students of the faculty of education and the purpose of the study is to analyze their perceptions as to teaching profession. The population of the research was the students of the faculty of Letters and Science, Faculty of Education and students from Institutes of Social Sciences and Science, University of Osmangazi, who are attending the programs without thesis. For this purpose, a questionnaire was developed by the researchers so as to measure the perception levels. After its application, the results were evaluated and comments were presented.
