Hanefî mezhebi özelinde hazırlanan bu eser, klasik dönemdeki fıkıh usûlü algısının yanında, moderniteyle birlikte gelen fıkıh usûlü algısı arasındaki değişimi göstermesi bakımından önemli bir yere sahiptir. Eserde Hanefî mezhebinin teşekkülünden modernitenin etkisi altına girilen 19. yüzyıla kadarki süreçte fıkıh usûlü delillerinden biri olan sünnetin geçirmiş olduğu evreler, fıkıh usûlü eserleri üzerinden ele alınmaktır. Bu değerlendirmemiz, eserin tanıtılmasının yanında, modern dönemde yazılan fıkıh usûlü eserlerine yeri geldiğinde atıflar yaparak eserde ortaya konan tezin daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkı sağlamayı hedeflemektedir.

This work, which was prepared specifically for the Hanafi madhhab, has an important place in terms of showing the change between the perception of the usul al-fiqh in the classical period and the perception of the usul al-fiqh that came with modernity. In this work, the phases of the sunnah, which is one of the proofs of the usul al-fiqh, from the formation of the Hanafi madhhab until the 19th century, when it came under the influence of modernity, are discussed through the works of the usul al-fiqh. In addition to introducing the work, this evaluation aims to contribute to a better understanding of the thesis put forward in the work by referring to the works of usul al-fiqh written in the modern period when necessary.
