TÜRKÇE ÖZÜR İFADELERİNİN TOPLUMDİLBİLİMSEL ANALİZİ DİCLE ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ
Bir etkileşimde yer alan katılımcılar arasındaki iyi ilişkilerin devam etmesinin amaçlandığı ve çeşitli nezaket stratejilerinin de kullanıldığı özür dileme eylemi, bireyler tarafından, özür dilenen durumun içeriğine, şiddetine göre farklı şekillerde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu çalışma, Türkçe özür ifadelerini yaş, cinsiyet, sosyal sınıf ve etnik grup gibi toplumdilbilimsel değişkenler bağlamında incelemeyi ve bu ifadelerin ne tür farklılıklar sergilediğini bulmayı amaçlamaktadır. Özür ifadelerinin, cinsiyet, yaş, sosyal sınıf ve etnik grup değişkenleri kapsamında ne sıklıkta kullanıldığını bulmak için Dicle Üniversitesi öğrencilerinden 88 %57,1 erkek ve 66 %42 bayan olmak üzere 154 katılımcıya anket uygulanmış ve ulaşılan veriler SPSS 19 veri istatistik programıyla sıklık analizine tâbi tutulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, Dicle Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin kullandığı özür ifadeleri tespit edilmiş ve bu ifadelerin kullanım sıklığı cinsiyet, yaş, sosyal sınıf ve etnik grup bağlamlarında yapılan analizlerle tespit edilmiştir

THE ANALYSIS OF TURKISH APOLOGY WORDS DICLE UNIVERSITY SAMPLE
Apologising is an act aiming the maintenance of the good relations among the participants and the act of apologising, using some politeness strategies as well, is realised in various ways according to the context and severity of the apology. This study aims at investigating the Turkish apology terms and finding the differences among these terms within the context of gender, age, social class and ethnic group. In order to find out the frequency of the use of the apology terms according to gender, age, social class and ethnic group, a survey was applied to 88 male 57% and 66 female 42% students from Dicle University. Through the use of SPSS 19 statistics programme, the data from the survey was analysed by detecting the frequency of the apology terms. As a result of this study, apology terms used by the students from Dicle University were identified within the context of gender, age, social class and ethnic group
