İsak Ferera, Türk toplumunun ve Türk Edebiyatı"nın çalkantılı olduğu bir dönemde yaşamış ve Servet-i Fünûn edebiyatı çevresinde şiirler kaleme almış bir şahsiyettir. İsak Ferera, döneminden sonraki siyasi ve edebi koşullar da dikkate alındığında, büyük ölçüde unutulmuş ve en azından yakın tarihe kadar popüler edebiyatta ve resmi edebiyat tarihlerinde kendisine pek yer bulamamıştır. Onun ,,Âşina Sesler" adını taşıyan şiir kitâbı, başta Servet-i Fünûn şiir estetiğini yansıtıyor olması ve azınlık toplumundan bir şâirin sesini Türkçe olarak estetik bir biçimde ifade etmesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. İsak Ferera bu mukaddimede şairlik serüvenini ve şiir yazma kaygısını ifade ederken hem estetik ölçütlerini ortaya koyar hem de dönemin siyasi olaylarının edebi yaşamı üzerindeki etkisini belirtir. Bu çalışmada İsak Ferera"nın Aşina Sesler adlı eserindeki Mukaddime"den yola çıkılarak poetik ve biyografik bir değerlendirme yapılacaktır

Isak Ferera is a person who lived in a period when Turkish society and literature were unsteady and wrote poems in frame of Servet-i Fünun. In case of considering literal and politic conditions after his term, Isak Ferera has been forgotten to a great extent, at least in popular literature and formal history of literature till recent history. His book named as ,,Aşina Sesler" is important as regard to reflecting the poem esthetics of Servet-i Fünûn and expressing the sound of a poet from minority society of Turkish esthetically. This work is important as regard to its preliminary also. In this preliminary, meanwhile Isak Ferera expresses his adventure of poesy apprehension of writing poem, he also reveals his esthetic criterion and at the same time indicates the influence of political events on the literal life. In this study it is aimed to evaluate biographically and poetically based on Preliminary of Isak Ferera"s "Aşina Sesler"
