Some physical properties of the Pbs films obtained by chemical bath deposition using different molarity Pb No3 2 solution

Nanocrystalline PbS thin films produced using the chemical bath deposition method have been investigated. In all experiments, Pb NO3 2 solution and CS NH2 2 solution were used and the deposition temperature was maintained at 200C throughout the deposition. The pH value of the deposition solution is set to 11,5. Characterization of nanocrystalline PbS thin films was performed using X-ray diffraction XRD and scanning electron microscopy SEM methods. XRD results show that all films are in the cubic PbS structure. As the molarity value of the Pb NO3 2concentration increases, the thickness of the films increases. It has been observed that the thin filmin produced as Pb NO3 2 molarity 0,011 M has a higher XRD peak intensity than the other thin films produced. However, when SEM images are examined, it is observed that the thin filmin produced as 0,009 M of Pb NO3 2 molarity has less pinhole
