İmpresyon sitolojisi

İmpresyon sitolojisi, konjunktival göz hastalıklarının tanısında kullanılan hızlı, kolay uygulanabilen, ekonomik ve non-invazif bir tekniktir. Gözün yüzey epitelinden sellüloz asetat filtre kağıtları kullanılarak yapılan konjunktival impresyon sitolojisinin yan etkisi veya kontrendikasyonu bulunmamaktadır. Bu makalede, konjunktiva impresyon sitolojisi tekniği gözden geçirilmiştir.

Impression cytology

Impression cytology is fast, easy to perform, economical and noninvasive technique for the diagnosis of conjunctival eye diseases. Conjunctival impression cytology using cellulose acetate filter paper of the ocular surface epithelium with no side effects or contraindication. In this article, technique of conjunctival impression cytology is reviewed.
