DENTİNOGENESİS İMPERFEKTA TİP I BİR OLGUDA KONSERVATİF VE PROTETİK TEDAVİ YAKLAŞIMLARI (VAKA RAPORU)

Dentinogenesis imperfekta Tip I hem süt vehem de sürekli diþ dizisini etkileyen otozomal dominatgeçiþli kalýtsal bir hastalýktýr. Oklüzyonun ve diþyapýlarýný korunmasý ve estetiðinin devamlýlýðý içinDI'nýn erken teþhis ve tedavi edilmesi gerekmektedir.Bu çalýþmada 22 yaþýnda Osteogenesis imperfekta'lýbir Dentinogenesis imperfecta Tip I vakasý sunulmuþtur. Hastanýn konservatif ve protetik yaklaþýmlarýtanýmlanmýþtýr. Protetik olarak hem alt hem de üst çenetam ark metal-seramik restorasyonlarla restoreedilmiþtir. Metal-seramik restorasyonlarla hastanýnkabul edilebilir estetiði, etkili bir çiðneme sistemi vepsikolojik olarak rahatlamasý saðlanmýþtýr. Üç ve altýaylýk kontrollerde hasta memnuniyetinin ,yumuþakdokularýn ve periodontal dokularýn saðlýðýnýn iyiolduðu gözlemlenmiþtir
