This anomaly can be seen unilateral or bilateral. It can affect both primary and permanent dentition. However, primary teeth more affected than permanent teeth. Fusion is commonly seen in the anterior region. In this case report, the dental treatment of 2 adult patients who have fusion’s teeth in maxillar posterior region, reffered to Ondokuz Mayıs University, Faculty of Dentistry was presented.Key words: Fusion; permanent dentition; tooth abnormalities
