Hastane Görüntüleme Merkezlerinde Hizmet Kalitesinin Artırılmasına Yönelik Bir Hat Dengeleme Yaklaşımı / A Line Balancing Approach for Increasing Quality of Service in Imaging Centers of Hospitals
Öz: Günümüzde her alanda olduğu gibi hız, zaman ve verim gibi kavramların önemliolduğu bir ortamda bu kavramlar sağlık sektörün içinde önemli bir yer arz etmektedir.Bu oluşan beklenti en çokta sağlık sektörünün en önemli paydaşı olan hastaları kapsamaktadır.Hastanın, hastaneye girmesi ile başlayan sürecinin en hızlı, güvenli ve başarılıbir şekilde tamamlanmasının sağlanması gereklidir. Sağlık hizmetleri sistem büyük vekarmaşık olduğu için bu çalışmada görüntüleme merkezlerini incelenmiştir. Görüntülememerkezleri için hat dengeleme mantığı ile probleme yaklaşılmış ve çözüm yöntemleribu mantık ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışma imalat sektöründeki araştırma, iyileştirme,geliştirme ve yenilikçilik yaklaşımlarının sağlık sektörüne de uygulanabileceğini gösterendisiplinler arası bir çalışmadır. Geliştirilmesi planlanan sistem kamu hastaneleriya da özel hastanelerde olmak üzere kullanılacağı yerde maliyet, zaman, performans vekalite gibi konularda önemli faydalar sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Söz konusu probleminçözümünde montaj hattı dengeleme çözüm tekniklerinden bir deterministik yöntemkullanılmıştır. The mostexpectation of this covers patients who are the most important stakeholders in the healthcare industry. The process begins with the patient entering the hospital quick, completedin a manner required to ensure safe and successful. Health services system is large andcomplex, because in this study, imaging centers were studied. Imaging centers have beenapproached with the logic of the problem for line balancing and this logic was carriedout with solution methods. This study research in the manufacturing sector, improvement, development and innovation is an interdisciplinary study of approaches that can be appliedto the health sector. The system, which is planned to be developed, public hospitals orprivate hospitals in the place where it used to be in cost, time, performance, and qualityit is believed to provide important benefits in areas such as. Deterministic and heuristicsolution methods solving the aforementioned problems using a method of assembly linebalancing techniques were compared.
