Bronchobiliary fistula: A rare case

Bronkobiliyer fistül genellikle kendini sarı renkli balgam ile gösteren bronş ve bilier sistemarasında bir bağlantı oluşmasıdır. Bronkobilier fistül karaciğer kist hidatiğinin ciddi birkomplikasyonudur. Komplikasyonları yüksek mortalite oranına neden olduğundan dolayı iyi birtanı ve tedavi stratejisi izlenmelidir. Biz karaciğer kist hidatik operasyonundan sonra bronkobiliyerfistül gelişen ve manyetik rezonans kolanjiografi ile tanı koyduğumuz vakayı sunduk.

Bronchobiliary fistula (BBF), which often presents itself with yellow sputum, is an abnormalcommunication between the bronchial system and biliary tree. BBF is a serious complication ofhydatid cyst of the liver. It is a complication associated with a high mortality rate and requires awell-planned management strategy. We reported a case of BBF which occurred after surgery forhepatic hydatid cyst and was diagnosed by magnetic resonance cholangiography.
