Genel anestezi sırasında tanı konulan glukoz-6 fosfat dehidrogenaz (G-6pd) enzim eksikliği (Olgu sunumu)

Glukoz 6-fosfat dehidrogenaz (G-6PD ), heksozmonofosfat yolunda esansiyel bir enzimdir. G-6PD enzimi eksikliği, insanlarda en sık gözlenen enzim eksikliklerinden biridir. Enzim eksikliğinde, oksidan ilaçların kullanımını takiben veya çeşitli enfeksiyonlar ve metabolik olaylar sonrasında eritrositlerde hemoliz gelişebilir. Burada daha önce G-6PD enzim eksikliği tanısı konmamış 53 yaşındaki bir hastada karşılaşılan intraoperatif problemler tartışılmıştır.

Diagnosis of glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency in general anesthesia

Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6PD) is one enzyme essential to the hexose monophosphate shunt. Glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency is the most common enzyme deficiency producing disease in humans. Hemolysis of red blood cell in G-6PD deficient individuals may occure after the use of oxidant drugs or during the course of various infections and metabolic disorders. Intraoperative problems are discussed who was a 53 years old male patient hadn't been diagnosed glucose-6 phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.
