KURUMSAL GİRİŞİMCİLİK İLE ÖRGÜT YAPISI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Bu çalışmada, firmaların rekabetinde önemli bir etken olarak görülen Kurumsal Girişimcilik uygulamalarına örgüt yapısının ne derece etkide bulunduğu incelenmektedir. Kurumsal Girişimcilik, yeni iş girişimi, yeni iş alanları, ürün/hizmet yeniliği, süreç yeniliği, kendi kendine yenilenme, risk alma, proaktiflik ve rekabetçi saldırganlık olmak üzere sekiz boyut ile incelenirken; örgüt yapısı, bir firmanın organik olma düzeyi olarak irdelenmektedir. Çalışmada araştırma sonuçları, kuramsal alan açısından ele alınmış ve kuram bazında tartışılmıştır.
