KLASİKTEN MODERNE DOĞRU: ADANA MOBİLYACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE ÖRGÜTSEL FORM DEĞİŞİMİ, 1950-2018

Öz Bu çalışma, Adana mobilyacılık sektöründe yaşanan örgütsel form değişimini kurumsal mantık ve komünite ekolojisi perspektiflerince geliştirilen argümanlar çerçevesinde ortaya koymak istemektedir. Çalışmada, özellikle, komünitedeki ve örgütsel alandaki kurumsal yapı değişimleri ile örgütsel form ve uygulamalar arasındaki ilişkiye odaklanılmaktadır. Görüşmelerle toplanan verilere dayanılarak yapılan kodlamalar Adana mobilyacılık sektöründeki örgütsel form değişiminin komünite ve kurumsal mantıklardaki değişimlerle birlikte geliştiğine işaret etmektedir. Araştırma bulguları komünite ve örgütsel alan seviyesindeki kurumsal mantıklardaki değişimle klasik mobilya örgütsel formunun modern avangard örgütsel formuna doğru dönüştüğünü göstermektedir.
