Bireysel ve örgütsel değerler arasındaki uyumun çalışanların iş davranışlarına etkileri üzerine ampirik bir çalışma

Örgütsel davranış literatüründe, çalışanların ve örgütün değerleri arasındaki uyum birey-örgüt uyumu olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bu alanda yapılan araştırmalar bireysel ve örgütsel değerler arasındaki uyumun artmasının hem çalışanlara hem de örgüte olumlu anlamda katkıları olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmanın amacı gıda üretimi yapan bir endüstri işletmesinde çalışanların bireysel değerleri ile örgütün değerleri arasındaki uyumun onların örgütsel bağlılık ve iş performansı davranışlarını nasıl etkilediğini ortaya koymaktır. Bu çerçevede hazırlanan anketler gıda üretimi yapan bir sanayi işletmesinde çalışan 78 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular literatürü desteklemektedir.

An emprical study on the impacts of individual and organizational values congruence on job behavior of employees

In organizational behavior literature, the fit between employees and the organizational values is called the person-organization fit. Research in organizational behavior field about person-organization fit showed that a high level of fit creates benefit for both employees and organizations. In this context, the aim of this study is to explore the impacts of the person-organization fit on organizational commitment and job performance of employees who are working in an industrial factory which is producing consumer food. So the survey applied on 78 employees in factory. Our findings support literature.
